Base Software Package ($2,500) includes 5 User licences and one day of pre-arranged installation and set up. Additional User Licences are available at anytime.

Support options include unlimited access during the first 30 or 60 days. Standby support packages are also available in blocks of 10 hours. All support packages include free software upgrades.

Custom Configuration and Organization Analysis of Service Program areas is available. Specialized consultations also exist in the areas of outcomes, security, privacy, and other organizational processes.

A series of standard service and client oriented reports are included with every system. Additional report designs can be added at anytime.
